Our 2018 Annual General Meeting was held today and we now have a new chair, and trustees. For more information see WIRRAL PLAY COUNCIL>TRUSTEES page.

There are to be a few changes to Wirral Play Council in the near future and we'll keep you posted nearer the time.

23.02.18 Half Term Playschemes Success

A big thank you to MP Frank Field's Feeding Birkenhead project for funding our two playschemes this week, they were a great success and very popular with the children.
We'd also like to thank our two teams of dedicated playworkers - who appeared to have as much fun as the children during the half term - and to NEO, for providing the food each day.

Here's hoping we can get the funding to do the same thing during the summer.

25.01.18 WPC Annual General Meeting

Wirral Play Council's Annual General Meeting is set for Monday 26th February, at 2.00pm. As usual, it will be held at the Wirral Play Development Centre, 1 Berner Street, Birkenhead. CH41 4JY.
All current members are welcome to attend. Please RSVP as refreshments will be provided.

15.01.18 Online Safety Live Course

Wirral Play Council attended a very interesting seminar covering all aspects of online safety, held in Aigburth, Liverpool. The course centered on all aspects of child safety across the main social media platforms and we will be implimenting some of the issues raised into our summer playworker training this year.
